Motivated by a desire for vengeance upon Duncan’s killers and fueled by his ideological stance, Denti assumed the mantle of the X-Cutioner. Under this costumed identity, he vowed to rid the world of murderous mutants, especially those who had evaded conventional justice, as outlined in Duncan’s confidential files. Inspired by the vigilante tactics of the Punisher, Denti harbored a conviction that mutants who committed acts of violence should be dealt with in a similar fashion.
