Tandy Bowen is Dagger, the Avatar of Light and one half of the divine duo Cloak and Dagger. After her exposure to an experimental drug and the machinations of a fear Lord known as D’Spayre, Tandy’s body now endlessly generates a form of ‘Living Light’ known as the Lightforce. This makes her the living personification of Light itself and grants her the primordial powers over the very concept of Light.
